Hi!

I am using Directx9 hardware, I also forgot to mention I bumped it up to 4x native and it is running perfectly... I haven't tried 6x native yet.

then, use sse4.1. it is faster than avx in hardware rendering.

I always thought software renderers were terrible. What benefit do they give you in PCSX2 over hardware?

they provide less graphic glitches compared to hardware mode.

Aside from graphic glitches, some games don't function properly in Hardware Mode. An example of this is Fatal Frame, where you can't damage ghosts in Hardware Mode. There were some temporary work-arounds, but they were.... temporary, and on top of that they caused other issues like ghosts becoming invisible, etc. For that game Software mode is pretty much a must until a permanent fix is implemented. (If that ever happens).
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

I see. So maybe Software mode will fix the issue I have with SSX Tricky? On maps with steep elevation, most of the time, you'll fall through the floor. It's pretty funny.

Falling through the floor would be more of a Round/Clamping issue rather than a simple graphic glitch if I had to guess.
Try changing those to Positive & Extra (Emulation Settings > EE/IOP & VUs tabs) for example and see if it helps prevent it from happening.
