Okay. Erase whatever you've got. Except your BIOS.
Download the latest build http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/index.php?m=detail&rev=5853&platform=windows-x86
If you want DX10, once you run it, go to Config->Video-> Plugin Settings.
Change renderer to "Direct3d 11 hardware" if it's available or "Direct3d 10 hardware" otherwise.
