FPS stable fps

So, i'm practically a newbie for Nigthly build of pcsx, and i'm trying to play some fps like COD or MOH, i wanted to know what would be the best recomendations to run this games with stables fps. I not interested in 60fps, i only want to play normally. Thank you

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using, such as speed hacks or presets.
  
• Your GSdx graphics settings (a picture of the settings dialog is preferred)
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz  3.30 GHz
Grapichs card: Nvidia GTX 710
Memory: 4 GB 
Operating System: Windows 10 64 Bits.

Version  PCSX2: Last one, 1.7.5865. Nigthly 

I have all settings in default, GSdx too. And i try to play MOH Vanguar/Rising sun and, COD Finest Hour, 2 Big Red One and 3.

ok. play them on your PS2 console.
that PC won't be powerful enough to play those games.

Lowering resolution and turning off extra effects should help with stable gameplay.
