It's sad to see probably the most dedicated beta tester ever has to go. For those who don't know, I remember plot could be able to test like 5 - 10 games a day in avg for like a half year straight without any breaks, that's crazy, the amount test runs in total made probably has to be exceeding 10.000. I'm sure you made the right choice though and have to thank for all you contributed, without him PCSX2 hadn't been what it is today.
