@redfoxhound make sure your FPS limiter is enabled and set at it 59.94 for NTSC games and 50 for PAL games.

Try enabling frame limiter, F4 or Tab keys while playing should do.

I reset all of my setting... now even the intro was back to original fps 60... before it goes too fast...
But now the worst is... I lost the dialogue... there no more voice T___T

If it happens again, make sure you do not have your frame limiter disabled.
You see, unlike PC games, PS2 games (and other console games) and set to run at either 60/50 FPS. They are not made to run at lower FPS' because the developers know exactly the console's specifications. Therefore, if it runs at above 60 FPS, the game itself will speed up.
