Final Fantasy X International - Strange battle animation behaviour

This is no hardware issue as the framerate is a constant 60fps (disregarding gif limitations). As you can see, the animations are "juddering". I've tried tinkering with settings but nothing's worked.

My initial settings are:
EE/IOP: Recompilers, nearest round and full clamp
VUs: microVU recompilers, nearest round and full clamp
Speedhacks: INTC Spin, Wait Loop, mVU and MTVU
Automatic game fixes

Auto interlacing
FXAA + FX shader
Texture filtering
8-bit textures
Aggressive CRC (HW Hack)
Computer Specs:
Windows 10 Pro x64
AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor
Nvidia GeForce GTX 670
2x4GB G.Skill F3-12800CL9 1600MHz
Always running latest PCSX2 build
