I pushed a new commit that works on the 3 gs dump so far (so with KOF2000). But it could break others games.

FlatOut, try out GSdx with the latest commits from the branch meant to fix these bugs:
GSdx32-SSE2-CRTC-rescaling.7z (Size: 319,23 KB / Downloads: 397) On my end, when playing KOF2000, after picking 60Hz refresh rate, everything seems fine including the splash screens, intro video, character selection screen and fighting. Picking 50Hz makes the splash screens zoomed in and the char selection screen/in-game has a bottom black bar like DMC3 had.

how does that plugin not work on your pc? O-o hmm you might need the visual studio 2015 runtimes from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...x?id=48145
