No. Worst vu cycle stealing will remove some draw calls from the dump. It introduces issues on GoW2 and so likely others game.

No, I don't even use speedhacks. The most I'll use is MTVU.

I found the issue. Issue corrected Smile, I need to run several tests to check any regression on others games.

Yes, it works as expected with AF disabled and also with x1 (off) AF.

There's nothing wrong if disabling an enhancement fixes the issue since the original hardware was never meant to have those enhancements.

AF likely create aliasing issue similar to MSAA/Upscaling. Nothing I can do. Don't use it for this game.

Latest git master fixes the Suikoden 4 overlay issue.

Last 2 commits on sw-blending-postprocessing fixes accurate blend corruption on that branch for Suikoden Tactics.
