GSdx
yeh it's because you are using a custom res. Use native or possibly the Native x# options, they should be ok

gsdx sse2r 4600

I've seen strange problem - game stutters on Mi'hen Highroad on Final Fantasy X and Final fantasy X-2 and same it gets slowdown on Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2, it does not happen when I use ZeroGS... so I think You guys can fix this.

I also should mention that it doesn't happens in most of the areas in those games.

Hi Gabest, can you consider adding Stereoscopic 3D into your great GSdx? It will definitely bring PS2 emulation into next level as it enable the emulator does something even the original console unable to do!! And it is perfect timing as passive 3DTV and monitors are cost down to entry level. With S3D then I will not only want to play the big titles that I missed in the past but will replay a lot of classic that I have finished before!! ^_^

I can't imagine how scary it will be if I play "Fatal Frame" series in S3D :'(

Thanks a lot!!

hm one quick question about the MSAA line in the ini:
why is this option not shown in the GSdx configuration dialog?

it works for me when using MSAA=2 or MSAA=4, games are looking much better as with FXAA.

But are there any known side effects when using MSAA?
I encountered freezings of my system when using it, might that be the side effect?

I also had bluescreens in the past when using nhancer for Antialiasing in PCSX2, but that was about 2 years ago with my old 8800GT.

Lots of games have graphics problems with MSAA (the persona series top of my head) and there is a memory leak associated with it which can cause PCSX2 to crash after a decently large amount of time (between 15 minutes to a couple hours depending on the game/graphics card)

ok thanks, so it do have side effects.
I wonder if there is still an other way to use MSAA or SSAA in pcsx2 without any problems.
Maybe with Nvidia inspector.

oh that's sad.
But there is nothing else?
I don't think that nhancer will work with the latest driver version since it hasn't been updated.

Hi Nexxxus, I read your discussion with Gabest back in 2009 (http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-GSdx?pid=...#pid187134 ). You were trying to enable Stereoscopic 3D in PCSX2. Did you get any breakthrough with source code changes? 'cause I saw the conversation ended without conclusion.

Now more and more people has 3D display and fast-enough GPU, I wish so badly to have S3D supported in PCSX2~ Sad

Thanks a lot!

Nope, not at all. It didn't worked since GSdx uses a render target.
Maybe the latest 3D vision driver can handle render targets, but I haven't tried it.
