Game speed slow even with speed hacks

I usee to play Ar toneilco 2. it work fine before without the game being slow. now it slow as hell. i tired eveything help. QQ

What's your PC...I can play that game with hacks at full speed almost all of the time.

U should use the latest beta emulator and beta package.

i try the beta already 2 and stil doesn't work
my spec:
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 820 Processor, ~2.8GHz
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 9100 (onboard)

Yeah, sorry to break it to ya, but your GPU is pretty weak. (entry level of entry level...more or less)
Nothing you can do other than buying an actual GPU.
Doesn't have to be something fancy, something like an 8600GT will do.
