Getting PS2 save files from PS2 memory card to PCSX2?

I have two memory cards that contain save files. I wonder how I can transfer these files to my PC to be used for PCSX2.

I don't have any of those codebreaker, gameshark to help transfer save files.

first you have to connect mem to pc ( with card reader i suppose before connecting empty the mem so it only have the game save that you want for less confusion )
get xxxxx.cbs file
use mymc ( search the forums dont have a link to download it )
mymc will get the xxxxx.cbs file into pcsx2 mem

Where do I buy this "card reader"?

well if you want a save for a game on ps2 already made
download it from games FAQ
and then use mymc to put it inside pcsx2 mem

I don't want to use the ones from gamefaqs. I want to use the ones from my own memory card.
