ok ty guys i fixed it somewhat, first i downloaded pcsx 0.97 and then i used native res , and switched to directx 10/11 hardware now i got a clear playable game but sometimes in certain areas the game will run fast and perfect , then it kinda lags weird ... and also the sound will sound sloooooooooooooooowwwww ... lmfao , i also pushed my amd phenom 955 quad core to 4.2ghz easy more than stable soo the lag is beyond me as i should be playing flawlessly , and ideas guys ? you got me going so far . appreciate it.

You can go into the emulation settings and lower the NTSC or PAL framerate to 30fps. Then raise it back up to 60 and see if you can tell much of a difference. If not, then I suggest to try leaving it at 30fps, it should be nice and smooth still. Some console games on ps3 and 360 are only 30fps and run smooth. Then they port them to the pc and we get stuck with 30fps games like Star Wars Force Unleashed, which was actually very smooth, like my experience with GOW2. I have a powerful pc and can run it x6 native res when I cap it at 30fps.
