The gradient is also not visible on the screenshot(here)unless I increase the brightness of either the image or the monitor

Clear as day here :/

you arent using a VGA cable are you? Possibly with the "green" wires damaged.

Edit: you're even pointing at the gradient in one of your screenshots!

I don't even... Something is clearly not right here. Seems like it's your monitor. When was the last time you played it with your PS2? Maybe somewhere along the way one of the wires were damaged or something. It may be visible then, but not now.

Almost every day...I clear that game on my PS2 at least 4 times without any problems.

@vsub: That's not too dark for me at all.

Try the new shader.

There's barely any difference there from what I see.

The marked part is as dark as I'm looking at black color, not dark green

How about now...

#EDIT: For me, no part on that image is even close to black. Your display device lacks brightness.

#EDIT2: Did you try with Shadeboost and increase brightness/saturation?

I tried once the shadeboost but I wasn't able to make it to look good without making everything else look bad.

As for the shader, now I have green line on every of the enemy attacks(the image I show you)but there are green dots on a lot of places and there are some big green spots on shadows

Yes, a side effect. It's expected. I ain't fixing anything, I'm just giving you a green line... and many child dots. And don't you dare enter a green place... XD
