No, i was thinking about something like tasskkill /f /im steam.exe
Or simply do it in task manager

That's taskkill stuf is above my head. And, like i already said, Steam doen't show up in Task Manager, anywhere.

EDIT: Tell a lie; it is listed under services where it says, "Steam Client Service Stopped".

Besides, I found a solution just now. Posting it below for anyone who has a similar issue.

this is mostly when you need to use pressure sensitivity.
it should be working without it.
