Help! Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3

I want to play Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3 in my pc and everything is perfectly fine, it's just it's slow, i've watched alot of Youtube videos, asked for help (haven't got reply yet) but nothing helped me, i'm new at these things so plz ask me anything and help me

It's name is Pcsx2 beta but i think it's 0.9.6.

6 months ago, i used to play this game in laptop , i had the same problem but when i close the program and start it again, it was working normally ( i was playing with joystick, i don't think it has something to do with it)
