Help with KH2FM 60fps

I have tried to copy the pnach files and pasted them into the cheats folder, changed the framerate to 200, and changed my resolution to native but it still does not work. was there something that I missed? Btw this is also englished pach so could it be because of that?

This is the code for 60fps
patch=1,EE,00349E1C,extended,00000000
and you don't need to change the framerate

With this code the game is running twice smoothly but the hardware requirements becomes higher(like when you play at 120fps)

Just did. It said 0 cheats loading 

I got it to work with KH1 though

Check the CRC of your game in the PCSX2 console, and use that for the pnach file. Translations and mods can change the CRC of games.
