Help with Pcsx2 not loading anything!

Hi, so I'm having an issue where any time I go to load my .iso file the system prompt shows up that the game cause Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. I'd really love some help! Below are my specs and the screen before I load an iso and it crashes.

Just as info,that cpu is WAY weak for pcsx2 for almost any game...and add Win7(on that cpu)to that and you get even less speed.
Even if you are able to fix the problem,don't expect playable speeds(unless playable means less than 20-30 to you)
