Umm Im just wondering if Ican Play PCSX2 on my LAPTOP

Processor: Intel i3 M380 @2.3Ghz
Ram: 4.00 GB
64 bit
Intel HD Graphics

Your CPU's single thread performance is 970, where 1600 is recommended, so you won't be able to play many games well. And without a dedicated GPU performance will suffer even more.

If you tell us which games you want to play, we might be able to tell you if you have a chance of playing them at decent speeds.

Digimon World Data Squad -> should be fine. (my core2duo fared well with it)

Hmm, I got 30-40 FPS average even on my old conroe processor at most of the scenes (default settings). maybe "unplayably slow" is a bit exaggerating ?

the following game also reacts well with EE cyclerate and VU stealing speedhacks.

My cousin own Budokai 2 and 3. . Im planning to borrow it if it works for me and for Mortal Kombat
I think he own Armageddon Mortal Kombat 3, Deception, Deadly alliance
