Kingdom Hearts 2 [PAL] Full Playable ?

ok i have a new problem with kingdom heart 2
i can't see roxas's health bar!!!!
is this part of the game where you have no health bar in the beganning or is this a glitch
help me!! i can't play the entire game with seeing my health bar!

btw:i got pass the giant nobody and still no health bar (tough without seeing my health bar, i had to guess when to use potions). I am NOT talking about the health bars of enemies, i know you need scan for that; i talking about MY health bar

Anyways my system specs is:
intel dual core 2.7ghz
geforce 8500gt

I always use VU skip w/ 60 60 2 2
sometimes i use normal.

pcsx2 config:
latest pcsx2 snapshot.
latest GSDX
latest cdvd, sound

speedhacks:
X3 cycle rate
enable IOP
wait cycle syn hack

EE recs opt.
round mod = chop/zero
clamp mod. = none
check: flush to zero and denormals are zero

VU recs opt. = same w/ ee recs opt.

kh2 has an average of 30-50 fps
xD can some1 comment my pcsx2 config.
i want to know if there's another way to make it faster
i tried other config but didnt work, it made it slower than this config.

But I believe my rig is low for a constant of 60 fps. Problem is, it goes down to 40-45 fps

I got a core 2 @ 1.80 , 4 gb ram and a radeon 4870.

Any help appreciated, I will literally keep the browser open and refreshed if anyone can help

your cpu speed is quite low... try to oc it. (Recommended is @3.2ghz..)

Well, I think there is not much more what u could do to have better fps. U could only try to get the latest rev and try the new speedhack.

1000 heartless battle is frigin awesome!


it sucks for me that i onli get 20-60 fps
usually 30fps

i played through the 1000 heartless battle and it was AWESOME!!! XD (fullspeed most of the time), the only bad thing was that i had to redo it just bcuz gsdx crashed in the cutscene after the cutscene that happens after the battle. (notice that i wrote "cutscene after cutscene" )

EDIT: also it was so fullspeed that it kinda seemed like it was going faster than 60fps even if i had limit on, so i want to ask, does kh2 have an internal frameskipper?

Just finished the NTSC version, no crashes, no grayscreens. Did most of the things in game as well. Latest SVN with VU-Skip.
