Kingdom Hearts freezes, but not literally.

Hello there.

Recently I realized it'd be nice to re-play my oldie but goldie console games in better quality, without having to mess with connecting PS2 to modern TV. That's how I've found PCSX2 and I have to admit I just love it!

However, while playing Kingdom Hearts I got stuck. Just after the first boss in the Third District, after cut-scenes, the game freezes.
But it's not that simple.
The background music, the animations of characters keep playing, when I press 'Start' PAUSE appears.
It happens when I press X after Leon says 'We don't know how far the Heartless have spread.' What's more, some strange quotes appear at the bottom - they have nothing to do with the actual story.

Don't know if it helps or not, but I also noticed that during the cut-scene with evil characters, Hook's speech doesn't disappear. Something like this didn't happen earlier.

I tried disabling Speed Hacks, though it didn't help.

I use PCSX2 1.2.1 and run KH from .iso file.

Here are my specs:
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (build 7600), 64-bit
4GB RAM
AMD Athlon II X2M320 (2.1 GHz, 1MB L2 cache)
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650

What are your GSdx settings? And have you tried pressing F9?

Setting are in the attachments.
After pressing F9 framerate drops to ~36FPS and the problem still persists.

Set to Native, and Auto on Interlacing.
And yes, you get fps like that because your machine can't handle SW mode.

Now, can you post the Emulation settings?

Oh, and can you post the emulog.txt? It's located in My Document/PCSX2/logs/emulog.txt.
