Legally download a PS2 Game

Occurs in software (OpenGL software pictured) and hardware

Without realising I used the PCSX2 version with the blackbar fixed GSDX for KOF 2000 selected, so that's why I didn't see it.

Using the rescaling SSE found in that link will fix the black bar.
