Windows 7 is VERY conservative about RAM usage. If you have a lot of RAM then it will use more if you have a little such as 2GB it will use less and more of the page file. In all reality though the OS needs about 1.2-1.7GB of RAM. This it at idle. FF needs at least 500MB of RAM. This is at least 1.5GB of RAM used up easily. There is no way a person can multitask well at all on 2GB of RAM. Its simply not all that plausible.

on 2GB Ram , Win 7 will use 1 GB with all services on , FireFox plus the plugin Container can take up to 1 GB ! ( lets say watching 3 Videos on Youtube )

64 bit is for the support of more RAM

Hmmm. funny. I was looking at google about this and I read in amny place that at 2GB of RAM W7 will use 500MB. Do you have any definitive proof about at using 1GB?

800 MB at minimum while using Boosters ... non the less
these numbers are useless and out of this world because you must have services and important Background Programs ...
for Example XP uses 70MB or Ram now it's taking 256 Minimum
