MY PCSX2 IS NOT WORKING

It always ask to update my directx libraries

this is my Laptop specs

Operating System = Microsoft (build 9200), 64-bit
Physical RAM = 1888 MB
CPU name = Intel® Core™ i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz
Vendor/Model = GenuineIntel (stepping 07)
CPU speed = 2.394 ghz (4 logical threads)
x86PType = Standard OEM
x86Flags = bfebfbff 1fbae3bf
x86EFlags = 28100000

What direct x will i update?? i'm using windows 8, is it ENd-user runtime?

run it as administrator just to be sure it does the job

I installed it and it says Directx setup has determined that a newer or equiv. version of Directx has bee installed alreadt. No installation is necessary..


Or what Gs i iwll use?

Hmm thats strange. It should be working then. You could try running PCSX2 as administrator to see if that helps too?

What version of pcsx2 are you using btw?

okay can you try running it as administrator then if the error shows up again can you take a screenshot and post it along with your emulog.txt?

emolug.txt is located either in My documents/PCSX2/logs if you used the installer, or PCSX2/logs if you downloaded the binary.
