Memory and CDVD wont run

Im trying to run a DVD file but before I can even get to a point where I would have to select it, I get three error messages in a row.

Failed loading MemoryCard from file: memcards\Mcd001.ps2
Failed loading MemoryCard from file: memcards\Mcd002.ps2
Error opening CDVD Plugin

I've looked around through configure and everything, it should be working, what am I doing wrong?

Try running pcsx2 as administrator.

Disable UAC (google how to do that).

K, I did that, now it gets to the PS2 opening screen before it shuts itself down. >.<
