Missing Release File?
I freely admit to still being a bit of a Linux newbie, so it's entirely possible that, if the solution had been a snake, it would have bitten me by now.
On Ubuntu 18.10 AMD64, "apt update" throws an error on the PCSX2 official repository, stating that it lacks a release file and can't be securely updated from.

The output from the command follows:

[email protected]:~$ sudo apt update
[sudo] password for gconly:
Hit:1 precise InRelease
Hit:2 stable InRelease
Hit:3 cosmic InRelease
Ign:4 cosmic InRelease
Get:5 cosmic-updates InRelease [88.7 kB]
Get:6 cosmic-security InRelease [88.7 kB]
Err:7 cosmic Release
  404  Not Found [IP: 80]
Get:8 cosmic-backports InRelease [74.6 kB]
Reading package lists... Done
E: The repository ' cosmic Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

I hope this is something that can be easily fixed. Thanks in advance!
