Mymc Can't run on windows 10! I need help :((

I can't run mymc on windows 10, although I downloaded msvcp71.dll & msvcr71.dll. I lost the old save game of Dragon Ball Z budokai 3. Now I want to import save game of other player, but mymc can't run. Help me please!

I also cannot run mymc on my windows 10 computer. And I have all the requisites the two msv files and updated directx.
I don't get an error or anything it just won't start even when I run it as administrator
