A Core 2 Quad with a 1080Ti? Wow, that's one hell of a bottleneck in general.

Most emulators, this one included, the CPU does most of the work while the GPU is more for the resolution.

With a 1080Ti, you can easily run the games at 4k but you won't get playable speeds at all with that CPU.
-PC Specs-
AMD Ryzen 3600
16gb DDR4 Corsair 3200mhz
MSI Armor Radeon RX580 8gb
Dell 27" LED
Windows 10 Pro x64
-Laptop Specs-
i7 6700HQ @ 2.9Ghz
8gb DDR3
GTX 960m 4GB
Windows 10 Pro x64

Biggrin  I was going to say the same thing and just as info Jheypz
That cpu is limiting your gpu potential in pc game too and not just by a little...it's like you blow all of your money on a expensive gpu and left the cpu as is
