There's actually no support for unofficial builds like this one. Try the newest beta. i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM
Cheats decrypter/converter/editor and more GameFAQ Saves to PCSX2 Memory Card

Thats an old unofficial build too. I suggest you delete the entire folder and redownload a new beta from our website. Unofficial builds can come with viruses and probably illegal software.

Got the latest one, 9.7.
When I try to run the game it says, The iso has 197794 blocks (size 2448). This iso offset is 0, and the block offset is 0. Trying to play Yugioh Forbidden Memories =D

did you mount it in a 3rd party soft ?
if so, unmount it and play directly with pcsx2 iso selector
