Hello wide friends. Here are two Ace Combat 21:9 codes working and tested, credits go to Puggsy from the PCSX2 discord who did these codes at my request.

Only this last game in the ps2 trilogy needs a 21:9 fix.

I have a 21:9 hud mod I created for Ace Combat 4 as the hud stretches very poorly. Oddly enough the hud for Ace Combat 5 looks almost perfect by default so attempting to modify it in the same way got me worse results. Remind me to upload the Ace Combat 4 21:9 hud texture mod when I get the chance.

Put the pnachs in "Documents > PCSX2 > patches".
Make sure that "Settings > Folders > Cheats Directory" is set to "...\Documents\PCSX2\patches".
Make sure that "Settings > Graphics > Enable Widescreen Patches" is disabled (off).
Right-click on the gamedisc in the list, go to "Properties... > Cheats".

Change it into "patch=1,EE,201E90A4,extended,0803FFB3" (remove the whitespaces).

BTW, can you post the CRC for Need for Speed: ProStreet * PAL-R * SLES-55006 - ?

this game will work in 21:9 with the code that I published, you just need to set the wide screen to 16:9 in the console BIOS

I don't know if the second address has the 100% correct value, it's the zoom/FOV basically. I made my best and it looks good but someone might do a better job. 
Also, due to rendering restrictions, sometimes buildings can be unrendered in the far sides of the screen. It's clear the game renders only what's pretty much in front of the player to save GPU cost. In 16:9 (and maybe 21:9) it's still within range, but in 32:9 we definitely hit the crazy route, so sometimes in the open city we see stuff not being rendered at the edges. Not terrible, just a small comment. It's ok inside buildings/houses.
