Simpsons: Hit & Run runs on the same engine with the Garfield game plus dunno if anyone noticed but it has exactly the same SFX with Crash Mind Over Mutant and Crash Of The Titans, so possibly you could check the values these games use on their natice widescreen mode to patch that game too.

Tried again, no luck except for a zoom address (204ACB58).

Found X and Y axis for Scaler NTSC-U, but it needs a render fix.
Can anyone help? CRC is C3ACD5FA.

Nice! I think Alter Echo might need a slightly better render fix.
It's playable, but I still see some minor pop-in while rotating the camera.

Too hard to make a widescreen hack.
Remain render fix of Long Distance.
..
X-fov(Y-fov + Zoom out) + render fix = long distance object's graphics is cracked.

Zoom out + render fix = do not cracked long distance graphics.
