Request for fixing [NTSC-U] Hitman - Blood Money progressive mode.

When tested on a PS2 after enabling progressive scan [by selecting the "DTV480p (60Hz)" option when the game starts] the game displays in a 4:3 sized window (with black bars on the side).
The behavior is the same even when the widescreen cheat is disabled.
The widescreen code works fine when using the interlaced option.

Strangely this issue does not happen when using PCSX2.
I have also tried adjusting my TV's picture settings to see if I could just stretch the image so it would display properly, but I was unable to do so.
I also tried this on a separate monitor and I had the same results so it isn't my TV.

The reason why this is happening is because when 480p is activated, game internal resolution stays at 512x448 and since it doesn't magnify properly causing black bars.
