Force turn on Native Widescreen (Full boot bypassing)

These patches will be helpfull who  'ps2rd' user and  short temper Laugh

I downloaded the latest version of Davina's cheats_ws and I found a few dups and one missing, so I'm not sure what are the differences (or more up to date):

New

Yes what I thought, it was rare there wasn't a hack for it already.
So Odin Sphere is experimental thus not included in the cheat_ws folder.
