There's been Japanese Outbreak patches for a long time now, plus for the English translations. There's also some button remaps patches in "useful cheats" which swap X and O, as well as Start and Triangle so it feels more natural.
Good day to you! I'm sorry for asking about such an old message, but I couldn't find these button swap patches for the Japanese version of the Outbreak: File 2 through the search here. I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction to get them, I've been looking for them forever. Please, help an old woman...
Update: I'm sorry for taking your time and this offtop, I've finally found where it is and released myself from pain and suffering! It's in the widescreen archive file itself, in a specific folder named "useful cheats", I'll try it out, thank you! I'll write this info here just in case someone might be looking for it just like me.

Hi, I have two things to report regarding ws patches:
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 (NTSC-U)(SLUS-20362) uses the wrong PAL patch in the cheats_ws.zip archive
file name is 1D2818AF.pnach, the correct patch can be found in the PS2 widescreen archive that's provided here
Code:
gametitle=Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 (SLUS-20362)
also Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas (NTSC-U)(SLUS-20860) widescreen patch has a bug where Lock, Shock, and Barrel's heads are missing during boss battles with them
8AD8BA91.pnach, if you deactivate these two lines like this their heads appear again:
Code:
//patch=1,EE,2151E1D4,extended,3F19999A // 3D figures
//patch=1,EE,206FA908,extended,3F400000 // 2D figures

Hi, im new here. I was trying to learn how to make Widescreen Patches, but i was getting problems to create one. The game that i was trying to make a widescreen patch, is the game "Spongebob Squarepants - Battle for Bikkini Bottom" (the European Version, since the only European version available with the patch, was the german version. So i tried to convert the american patch from Nemesis2000, to the european version.
I give the credits to Nemesis2000, since without that european and american patches he made, i wouldn't made this version.
I use the Japanese version of Persona3Fes. (NTSC-J)
Text and menu screens, such as velvet room, do not go to widescreen.
I am using a patch file by arapapa. (Sorry if this is wrong)
Can someone please help me?
I attempted to play Hot Wheels Stunt Track Challenge in widescreen the other day, when suddenly the game immediately crashed when the THQ logo appeared.
It seems the widescreen code must be messed up as the ISO was working fine when widescreen is turned off. So, if anyone could fix this, then please do so. I would really appreciate it!
