As i checked this is the right on.
Tested/checked about 1h on the game.

Yes, I found it in my search but I don't include it because it wouldn't maintain the original aspect ratio.

In Nascar 09 it is 003EC42C 
In Nascar 06 it is 003C1594

So you can put it to your liking

I tried to do it like this patch=1,EE,003C1594,word,3FD00000 //camera zoom, and this is what happened:its good NASCAR 06

There's no need for it
It already has widescreen support (enable it on the options menu) and it doesn't zoom the FOV so it's an anamorphic one
