so about patches and pnaches

MKA, MKD ElHecht's pnaches are not completed, requires render fix
same with my MKDA elf hack

requires render fix to
Onimusha 3
Yakuza 1-2
and some other games

still not correctly patched Tekken 4, Tekken 5, VP2 and some other games

not completed patch for ICO (PAL)

and some games still requires patching

Also, IS there a patch for Shadow Hearts 2? It's on the list of patches but when I try to click on it, it sends me to the widescreen helper.

You use the wide screen helper, there is no permanent patch

If the way to use elf patches is drag image in pcsx2 and then drag modified elf in pcsx is all I have to do then ELF hack for NFSU (NTSC) doesn't work for PAL.

Could you make elf patches for Shin Sangokumusou serials and Monster Hunter serials? They are also popular ones.

Yes there is Roger, go to ps2wide.net and it has all of nemesis's .ELF hacks.
