That's weird, because it looks like PCSX2 is using all four of my cores.
No, I'm not using microvu and PCSX2 is the only cpu intensive program I have running.
PS: MTGS is checked and I'm using gsdx10 hardware.
PSS: It's been like that since the 9.5 betas.
Nappa: Vegeta! What does the scouter say about his power level?
Vegeta: It's...one thousand and six.
Nappa: Wh-...really?
Vegeta: Yeah! Beat him up Nappa!
Nappa: Yay!
That's just the OS splitting the load between the cores, you'll never see all 4 reach 100% and if you add up the usage that's there it will probably equal 2 cores running 100%
Yes, but I thought Windows don't do that sort of thing, and I have seen this kind of thing on XP. That's why I said it was weird.

Normal behavior. Windows splits tasks across all cores because it dissipates heat more efficiently. Widnows actually does a lot of things behind the scenes to help reduce CPU load and power consumption, if a program allows it to do so; though some of the more aggressive things are only enabled when Windows is running on a laptop (and I don't mean Speedstep, there are other measures it applies passively at all times).
