hey sorry for my bad english i am new on your site but i am using pcsx2 0.9.8 since 2 months i am play dbz bt3 on 23 fps but my pc deserves more good i have a core 2 duo 24 gigs machine with GMA 3100 and Intel q25 chipsets windows 7 ultimate 32 bit 4 gigs of RAm please tell me some solution thank you in advance
plz tell me how can i speed it up a little bit to make it playable

stick to internal res, and use some spedhacks.
and most important : pray.
maybe your prayers will bring you to 25 FPs with this very old & weak PC...
Seriously, keep playing this wonderful game on your PS2 for now, and try again when you can afford a better machine

ah, software mode may help you, then. (F9 key ingame)
because the real bottleneck would be your GPU

I don't think your GPU is overclockable.
anyways, its architecture is basically old and slow.
so, no luck, I guess

i have heard that GPU is only for higher resolution and graphics but i have selected native so some can be done to speed it up a little bit?

Your GPU is not enough for native.
