Edit: I instead made a pnach file which should help others looking for this file.
The file is for Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec NTSC. All CRC and title coding is included. The cheats are for all test licenses passed at gold and 10 trillion credits(however, it acts like infinite credits). Enjoy.

How Would I change it to word on the omniconverter?

no no no. change it in the pnach file as this:
patch=1,EE,xxxxxxxx,word,yyyyyyyy
where the x's are the first bit of RAW code, while the y's are the last bit of RAW code.
