I know he/she wants cheats for the PAL version...but the problem is that I don't know which one of those 3 games IS the PAL version.
This has been already asked a few times here, and I want to sincerely thank the people involved for their hard work, but unfortunately none of the "pnach" files submitted are working.
I am talking about MGS 3: Snake Eater - EU version (Europe, Australia). The CRC is 086273D2.The cheats DO load, but none of them are working in the game. Perhaps a different approach is needed but I have no idea about it...
I want to kindly ask if anybody could try one more time to make a cheat file for this game.

Apparently the emulator won't recognize codes for this game(wrong memory adress probably), u can create ur own codes by using Cheat Engine and searching adress before put on a pnach.file... i don't know, but maybe it's how the pnach was written, possible if changes the pnach=1 to 0 could work, all depends on who created that system and mostly of the time the emulator recognize codes starting with 1 or 2... 0 is hardly and normally people have to use extended(not word or byte). Or the game have different systems cause i've tried to create 2 times pnach files for Snake Eater and always the same, people said don't work... so, i give up on creating a pnach for this game already haha

I don't understand much of what you're saying, but do you mean I should change each line to start with "patch=0" instead of "1"?
Tried that, no change.
Anyone can provide some advice, please??

MGS is crazy about how it reads things. I use Cheat Engine with the codes to make it work. same for a few other games, they just don't work properly in patches for some reason.
Like this one:
Code:
//patch=1,EE,103C5884,word,2408FFFF - only use in PHASTE (crashes PCSX2 if used in a patch)
I made notes so it wouldn't be used by anyone accidently. it's for money. I think.. but it doesn't work with 003C5884 or 203C5884 and PCSX2 won't accept codes starting with 1. Normally it would be a 0 or 2 to start the code (most always 0)
Codes are formatted like this:
patch=1,EE,XXXXXXXX,WORD,XXXXXXXX
"activate this"="Enabled","Location(ALWAYS EE for cheats)","ADDRESS","Type and size of value","Value"
Hi i am am newbie to pnach, this is the Warriors Orochi 2 Pnach i tried to do.
