Playable I just finished the game on PCSX2. Fully playable with few minor exceptions.

my PC:
AMD Athlon X2 2.8GHz
ATI Radeon HD 3200
onboard sound
RAM 2GB
WinXP SP2

PCSX2 configuration:
* Version 0.9.6 for levels 1 - 4 (out of 6), after a crash between levels 4 and 5 I installed PCSX2 beta 1474, updated DirectX to 4/2009 and finished last two levels (I mean DirectX was probably the culprit).
* BIOS 2.0 Europe
* GSdx9, renderer hardware, no interlacing, native internal res (important), texture filtering and logarithmic z and alpha corr. all enabled
* ZeroSPU or PEOpS SPU - both working (I did not care about sound too much, there is a background score almost all the time, which plays well; thus I did not try to setup the sound better)
* LilyPad
* Linuz ISO or Gigaherz's CDVD

the exceptions:

a) sound - longer dialogues during ingame videos have strange echo (pic 7), environmental FX sound "wobbles" a bit; experimenting with PCSX2 settings may help I guess
b) menu - yellow exclamation mark over Passport (pic 2) and Journal pages (not present if set to software renderer, but then the game is too slow with my HW), invisible Extras menu (written in unusual moving letters, pic 3 shows the letters), invisible remaining bullets in Indy's revolver (pic 9 shows the bullets); both issues solved after DirectX update
c) speed - here and there random FPS drop, nothing that really affects play

Ingame: 45-60 Fps

Specs:
Intel dual core E8400 3,0 ghz
4 gb DDR 2 Ram
Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT
Windows Vista SP2

pcsx2 1474 specs:

Direct3D 10 (Hardware), Blend tff
SPU2-X 1.1.0
Lilypad 0.9.9
Linuz Iso CDVD Plugin 0.9.0

Game works great, I'm not very far in the game, only sometimes the speed drops down in the city. And during movie clips a part of the top of the clip is somewhat strange. (see 3e picture). Except that a great game.

Gundam Seed Destiny: Generations of CE

PCSX2 (rev 1656, incorrectly marked 1657 in the youtube videos. Too lazy to go back and fix it ^_~)
GSDx (normally 1398, less buggy on this game used 1637 to capture the videos which causes slight graphic glitches in 2d elements like the attack menu)
SPU2X 1.2.0

Cyclerate 1.5x
VU Cycle Steal 1 notch
All other hacks off.

Games play 60fps full speed on my system.

Pcsx2-r1653-vc10
GSdx-r1650-vc10 SSE2
SPU2-X => default
Gamefixes => none
Speed Hacks => none
Misc => none
-------------------------
but must use save state at battle/map.memcard sometimes work but i recommend using save state.
*at battle(event)when enemies remain 1 press square to menu and save state first.so if the battle end and cannot proceed you can load state.in my case i load state 1 times-5 times depends.
*at battle on map(random battle)no need for save state
*or you can change frame limit in game(press F4)after load state.
*if it too fast use frame limter F4 in game
*don't use with pcsx2-r1655-vc10 - pcsx2-r1659-vc10 because it will stopped/hang. i haven't tested it with pcsx2-r1663-vc10 & pcsx2-r1666-vc10
*Growlanser III The Dual Darkness [SLUS 20759] (U) setting same as above.
