Okay. Okay. I figured it out! jesalvein have beaten me by 29 mins! Smile

Boot into bios. Find setting for language. Change it to what you need it to be. Boot into GoW via Full Boot. It uses bios setting for language buuuut it seems that it *DEFAULTS* to english if the setting was never touched before. Afterwards, you can quickboot again as it saves the language settings somewhere for itself.

He's using the the old 1.6.0 stable, so at the time I don't remember it worked that way, it's an update in the 1.7 who do it maybe, but at the time I played games like DQ VIII and had to full boot everytime. But the update to 1.7 isn't a bad idea by the way.

Set CDVD menu to "No Disc", then "Boot ISO", then just change the internal language and save the settings as you normally would with the real console.
Lastly just check "Full boot" then boot your game that way.

just an FYI, the 1.7 nightly builds no longer require you to full boot for the languages to work, but you still need to configure it in your bios once.
