Problem witch cheat mgs3 CRC

hellos I have a problem with a cheat on mgs 3
I create a file pntach with the EU code of code are loaded but does not function in the game ??
I use PCSX2 1.2.1 (r5875)
( this id of game is SLES_820.13 and CRC 086273D2)

Are any TLB miss displayed in the emuulog? Maybe you can attach the full emulog after you observed the problem.
Does none of the cheats work? Or do some work?
Where did you get those cheats from?
