RIGHT to expect 60 fps on PCSX2

And how the user will be warned about this? Or vice versa, warned about a lack of processing power for emulation at the moment of framedrop?

Mostly by the ee% & gs% indicators
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

If you don't know about that, first thing what you do is upgrade or something? Blame emulator about that maybe? There is no clarity.

It's already interesting. How is this determined? How friendly is it to the user? Can it display an OSD Warning on the screen?

If the EE% is at 100 your CPU is struggling to keep up.
For the GS% it means your GPU is the one that's being limited.

In simple terms, you don't want those numbers to hit 100%.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

This is true for bad otimization or lack of processing power?

If EE/GS = 100 And FPS < 60 Then we consider bad optimization
If EE < 100 And FPS < 60 Then we consider low processing power especially CPU
If GS < 100 And FPS < 60 Then we consider low processing power especially GPU

Right? And where i can enable OSD notification about that?

It's got nothing to do with optimization. It's purely hardware related.

There's no OSD option for that. You just look at the titlebar of the PCSX2 window and read what the % says.

OSD works for OpenGL on 1.5 builds.

To enable/show vu , fps , gs on screen "OSD Configuration > check Monitoring"

I don't need constant indicators on my gaming screen for raw "nerd-related" data, i just need a warning at the critical points

I.e. i CAN NOT understand, that it optimization-related freamedrop, and not a lack of processing power in any way? How about relation with CPU/GPU load at this time?
