@Request thread for new game in compatibility list

Hi everyone, this is my first post on the forums, i've recently been playing some games and noticed that there weren't some games in the compatibility list. I thought i could give it a try and help. So here goes my first request.

Bugs:

Game freezes in the first loading screen, tried, switching GS settings (allow 8 bit textures, switched renderer between Hardware and software mode)

graphic glitch seems fixed with selecting game options and choose widescreen mode on in-game video option, but cause wrong screen resolution, also this glitch not affected in-game movies

Do you have the rest of it? there should be another 2 numbers on the end.

for example SLUS_215.12 but if you can split it like "SLUS 21512" thats the format we use

It can also be fixed by using a custom resolution instead of scaling
