Resident Evil 4 stuck on Cutscenes

the game runs pretty well about 60 fps but when the game switches to cutscenes, the game immediately stuck and only stuck on that particular cutscene. The audio is also cut off, i got through this occasionally by hitting the select button in my controller to skip the cutscenes and i didn't get to see the cutscene finished off how sad Sad but i'm in this house in the game where i have to hit X to check a wardrobe that's causing a lot of noise inside. Upon hitting the button my game suddenly stuck and it didn't even give me a single glimpse of the cutscene, i'm assuming the game wants to trigger a cutscene and maybe my pc couldn't handle such cutscene. Here's my specs if u guys are wonderin'

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

1 - i didn't how the log works but i can still launch the game
2 - do i have to download pcsx2 again or there's a way to update?

1 - actually, you have to launch your game, play it until youg et the problem, close pcsx2, then get the log.
if you restart pcsx2, the log is cleared, and that's what you posted
2 - you need to download latest version. you can't update from the GUI if that's what you mean.

You are still using 1.4 and it's 4 years old,so you should update to 1.6 then test again. The problem is probably already fixed
Also, try again using a memory card save instead of a save state (your saved state will not work after you upgrade to 1.6 as well)
