Has this bug been submitted yet? There's also the flashlight bug in the Silent Hill games that only affects software mode as well. How come nobody has updated the software renderer in forever?

Is this issue still active in DX11 at all?

Fixed the problem by using progressive scan in the GoW2 options (i had the problem while using OpenGL hardware)

I'm sure it's not Prog Scan, but it seems the depth issue doesn't exist in OGL HW.
