Screen Shaking in Gran Turismo 4

Hi, im pretty new to emulation and I followed a video guide on how to set up GT4. Everything worked fine but I have this one problem in where the game is shaking when im in a race. It works perfectly on the menus. I already got the no deinterlace patch but it's still shaking a lot. I already tried the different interlace modes (F5). Any idea on how to fix it or what I did wrong?

look at the GT4 picture and set it up just like it shows it wont have the shaking
