Your cpu isn't that fast, There are plenty of games that won't run well on your pc. Midnight Club 3 seems to be one of the heavier games. Like I said, try skipdraw

my cpu is athlon ii x3 455 3.3 ghz for pcsx2 is it better to unlock to 4 cores (i can go up to 3.6 ghz) or overclock more at three cores

What about my laptop? I can run most of the games that this site said works without problems but some game like DBZ3 run a bit slow but if i play DBZ:IW is runs like a dream.

gpu nvidia geforce gtx 870m 3gb 941 mhz
display qhd 3200x1800

can I 6x native configuration 50-60 mhz does works fast?
and 2.2 ghz boost 3.2 ghz does works or higher?
