Svr series > with some speedhacks, it should be ok as long as you dont try to play in 4 playerd mode.
Nba street > AFAIK, this one is quite demanding and has to be played in software mode.
So it´ll probably slow down .

I would like to know if my new specs would run fine on PCSX2 on most of the games.
Mobo : ASRock X79 Extreme6
CPU : Xeon E5-2643V2
Ram : Kingston HyperX Beast 1600Mhz 2x4GB
GPU : Powercolor HD 7770
Since it's a Xeon , i'm not sure about it

Yes, Xeon's work perfectly fine with PCSX2, and that is well within the CPU speed generally considered "really good".

Will this PC be able to run games smoothly? (not much lag/slowdown).
HP 500-023w Desktop PC:
Intel Core i3-3240 processor
3.40GHz, 3MB Cache
8GB DDR3 SDRAM system memory (expandable to 16GB)
Intel HD Graphics 2500

If not is there a PC in the $600 to $700 price range that can?

My computer is this:
AMD A8-4500M Quad Core up to 2.8Ghz
12GB RAM
Radeon HD 7670 2GB VRAM
From what I've read here, games should work reasonably well, but for some reason every game works really slow. I've tried several games like Smackdown, NBA 2K2 and couple more, but they are all pretty much unplayable. Is hardware not good enough or I'm doing something wrong? I read the guide and i think i configured it correctly.
