Toggling Turbo

Well, I'm talking about Pcsx2 r1888 (and I know this is a stupid question for those who've played PS2 using this for many years, i.e me)

So, sometimes the FPS limiter toggle (F4) switches into turbo mode instead of FPS limit.

How to switch between Turbo/Limit?
